What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email), media you upload for processing, and usage data needed to operate the product (job history, export history, billing/credit records).
How we use it
To provide the service: transcription, AI clip analysis, rendering, exporting, and account/billing management. Uploaded media is processed to generate the outputs you request and is not used to train third-party models unless a provider you explicitly connect requires it.
Storage & deletion
Media and generated assets are stored with private, signed access — not exposed at predictable public URLs. Deleting a project or media item immediately revokes its access within the product. Deleting your account immediately revokes your access and anonymizes your identifying account information (name, email); some account records and previously-uploaded media may continue to be retained.
Third-party providers
Optional AI, billing, and publishing providers (e.g. transcription, LLM, payments, social platforms) process data only when you enable them, per their own terms.
